This was one of my favorite books last year. It is split up so that each day of the year is given a reading, and each reading has value to apply. Most of the time I would just read the entry for that particular day, but because of the titles to each section, when I needed a reading on a particular something I could easily find it. When going through treatment it was nice to have guidance through the pain, a reminder that there was more to life than cancer, and that life is a wonderful thing.

the audiotape version makes a wonderful gift. It is nice to be
able to listen to the days reading, with eyes shut, and mind relaxed.
